It’s not cool to be cruel. Being mean to animals, hurting them or not meeting their needs is cruelty. Reporting cruelty is the kind thing to do. You are helping the animal and you may also be keeping children and adults safe. When animals are being hurt, often other people are getting hurt too. Dogs on the loose can get hit by cars, cause trouble or even hurt and kill other animals and people.
Even if you think someone else has reported, PLEASE MAKE THE CALL! The more reports there are, the more likely something will be done.
Here is some information on who to call. Have as much information as possible – what you saw, when, and anything you know about the animals involved. If you have photos or video let the agency know.

REMEMBER – DON’T ASSUME SOMEONE ELSE HAS CALLED!!! CALL, AND CALL AGAIN IF THE SITUATION ISN’T FIXED! ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO REPORT AS WELL.
