Fall 2018 Newsletter and FREE KINDLE BOOKS!

Fall 2018 Critter Care News
& FREE Kindle Books to Celebrate Global Cat Day (Starting October 13)!

After a crazy summer of wildfires in the Lakes District, thousands of local critters and their families have returned home.  Once again, we are sincerely thankful for all your support during the wildfires, and continued support as the community recovers and adjusts to new realities.

We are pleased to share two exciting items with you.  The first is our fall edition of the Critter Care News, which features the 2018 wildfires.  You can read it here:  https://www.lakesanimalfriendship.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/LAF-Newsletter-Summer-2018.pdf

Secondly, Global Cat Day (Formerly National Feral Cat Day) is October 16, 2018!  We started the celebrations early by making the Kindle editions of ALL of our books including the very popular community cat book “Nobody’s Cats” available for FREE.  You can download these books for free until October 17, 2018.
The titles include “Nobody’s Cats” and “Out of the Cold” in five languages – English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German.  “How I Love and Care for My Happy Dog” and “How I Love and Care for My Happy Cat” are available in English only.
To find these books, go to Amazon and search for “Valerie Ingram Kindle”.  All 12 titles will magically appear for your ordering pleasure!
Miss the joys of colourful ink on real paper?  Hard copies of “Nobody’s Cats” and “Out of the Cold” in English, Spanish and French and “How I Love and Care for My Happy Dog / Happy Cat (2 books in 1)” can be purchased here on our web site!  Check out the “Books” menu at the top of our home page.

Happy Global Cat Day and a happy autumn from Lakes Animal Friendship Society!
